When planted in ideal conditions, on average the fully mature size will reach 5' in height and width. Each April expect bright pink clusters of fringe shaped flowers to appear and will make a dramatic improvement to any landscape.

Details: The Ruby Loropetalum is a compact evergreen shrub that provides unique landscape color all year round. Shades of red and purple foliage mature to a purplish green. Ruby loropetalum produces ribbon-like pink blooms from the spring into early fall.

Sizes vary of course, but the average plant will reach 5' H x 5' W. Full sun is where this shrub thrives so you will want to place it in a sunny spot around your home or in your garden. Hardy in USDA Zones 7-10 it is able to tolerate low temperatures without major concern. Receiving full sun is the key to this plant producing its best blooms.
