The Little Giant 6-CIA float operated submersible (NEMA 6)features a 2-pole mechanical switch and variable level long cycle. Oil-filled, hermetically sealed, automatic reset thermal overload protected motor. Maximum temperature for effluent or dewatering 130°F (54°C). For residential and light commercial use, the Model 6 Series sump pumps provide efficient and reliable service. For extended or continuous use in moving large volumes of water, these pumps feature a 1-1/2' discharge with a maximum lift of 18', a polycarbonate cover and a polypropylene volute/base. A choice of manual or automatic versions with various switch configurations provides user with the right pump for their needs.

Little Giant 6-CIA has a diaphragm pressure switch which engages the pump at 7-Inch to 10-Inch water level and turns it off at 1-Inch to 4-Inch. It is one of the most popular sump pumps and works extremely well for moving large volumes of water. It has 1/3 HP shaded pole motor with overload protection and is designed for continuous duty. Typical applications include commercial, industrial, and home uses where liquid must be transferred or recirculated.
