• Elephant Ear is an old heirloom tropical hibiscus hybrid also known as Kona. It is an early 20th Century example of the species potential. This plant has a sturdy growth habit and resilient roots, and its elegant, well-formed, loose, crested double flowers are of soft, creamy, white with a bare blush of pale pink. It is a cross-over hybrid suitable to be grown in-ground or as a potted plant.
